Leadership In The Team Environment

This stimulating workshop prepares managers and supervisors to lead the Lean Manufacturing journey. It emphasizes Charismatic- Transformational leadership that inspires vision, motivation, and teamwork.  

Through exercises, roles and discussion, participants learn about motivation and Maslow's Hierarchy. They learn about leadership types and styles. They explore "Emotional Intelligence" and how to enhance it. 

The classic Oscar-winning film, "Twelve O'clock High" culminates this two-day seminar. Participants analyze the situation and follow General Frank Savage as he turns the 918th Bomb Group from losers to winners.
