This seminar carries 5S to the next level, Phase II. It is for teams with experience in the basics and ready for more knowledge and progress. The program introduces several techniques from other disciplines to make work easier, faster, safer and more efficient.

Our program features two Kaizen Events where teams apply classroom knowledge to their own workplace and implement their new ideas. Action Learning is a significant part of this program.
