Starting
his career spraying undercoating on school bus bodies, Since then
he has
held virtually every position in manufacturing up to General
Manager of a large, multi-plant manufacturer. He attended the
Crosby Quality College and has applied Six Sigma techniques in
machining, fabrication and assembly operations. Steve also has
experience in facility planning and plant layout. Mr. Dolzall is
available for long-term implementation assignments. |

Motor Company. He has worked in foundries, paper mills and a
window manufacturing plant in positions from Engineer to Plant
Manager. Since 1977 he has been consulting, training and writing.
Mr. Lee has authored two books and hundreds of articles and
programs. "Q" also restores classic cars and is

Menendez
has held management positions in manufacturing firms including
Plant Manager of a plating operation. She
holds a BS in Communication with a major in Industrial
Engineering. As Kellogg Foundation Fellow, she has done research
and training on leadership in Latin America, the Caribbean and the
U.S. Lourdes has
assisted many firms to improve quality and productivity in
commercial baking,
construction equipment, plastics, textiles, service and other
industries. A native of Puebla, Mexico she has resided in Boston

has over 20 years of experience in Biomechanics, Ergonomics, Human
Factors and Product Development. Past work includes customized
training for injury prevention; ergonomic job analysis, human
factors, CTD analysis and workstation design. He has worked with
Olympic athletes to optimize body dynamics and analyze U.S.
National team members versus foreign teams.

is Vice President of Strategos, Inc. His career has included lean
manufacturing and distribution, plant relocation and
consolidation, process improvement, site selection, industrial and
manufacturing engineering, materials handling mechanization,
industrial facilities planning and optimization, plant and
warehouse layout, and logistics. Mr. Phillips has wide experience
across many industries and includes micro-miniature machined parts
and semi-conductors to Boeing 747 aircraft. He is past chairman of
the Materials Handling Engineering Division of the American
Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the author of the book "Manufacturing
